Our kiosk uses a specialized card reader to capture both visual and chip data from ID cards. The custom-developed software reads and transfers text fields using MRZ/OCR technology. If required, an E-ID reader (KEC) can also be integrated for card scanning.
The kiosk is designed to fully comply with personal data protection regulations. Without physically handing over the ID, visitor data is processed and securely stored digitally. This system eliminates physical contact and human errors in data entry, enhancing both security and user convenience.
How Does the Visitor Process Work?
The visitor arrives at the kiosk and inserts their ID card.
The kiosk automatically receives, scans, and returns the card.
Information is read from the card using MRZ/OCR technology.
The ID photo and details are digitally processed and saved.
The visitor selects the person or department they’re meeting with.
If necessary, they can access contact info or receive directions.
