SRM (Self-Service Recycler Machine) and SDM (Self-Service Deposit Machine) offer an innovative solution that allows bank customers to perform cash transactions independently, using biometric authentication and new ID cards, without the need for tellers or ATMs. It enables high-value deposits and withdrawals without being restricted by transaction limits or waiting in line at branches.

SDM - Self-Service Deposit
SDM primarily consists of a banknote counting module and a specially protected money bag. It is preferred in locations with heavy deposit traffic as a more cost-effective alternative to recycler solutions.
Deposited banknotes are securely stored in the lower money bag using a specially designed shutter mechanism. The top of the durable Cordura bag includes a metal inlet that opens only when inserted into the SDM device and securely locks upon removal.
A specially designed carrying apparatus makes it easy to transport the bags within branches or to operational centers and allows practical unloading of the contents, significantly reducing operational burden.
SRM - Self-Service Deposit/Withdrawal
SRM features recycler technology that enables both cash deposits and withdrawals. Like ATMs, the recycler module has a cassette structure, consisting of four recycler cassettes and one deposit-only cassette.
Each recycler cassette can be used for a single denomination, or with a dual-chamber structure, it can hold two denominations in one cassette, enabling processing of up to 8 denominations. The deposit cassette is used for overflow when recycler cassettes are full.
Another key component of the solution, the management module, allows users to manage all transactions through a user panel positioned on a desk. This module makes transaction tracking easier and offers a secure and practical experience. Optional components such as KEC ID access device, receipt printer, and barcode/QR reader can be integrated into the management module.
